Your phone number (I will NEVER contact via phone without your prior consent).

How I collect your personal data

I collect your data through different methods, including: Direct interactions such as when you fill out a form or otherwise correspond with me; Automated technologies such as when you interact with the website, I will automatically collect technical data about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns. I collect this personal data by using cookies and order similar technologies. Third parties or publicly available sources such as analytics providers, advertising networks, and search information providers.

Purpose of Processing I will only use your personal information for the following purposes: 

To contact you regarding the status of your application or appointment

To provide you with sales and marketing materials, including newsletters and promotional offers if you have opted to receive these

To improve my services and respond to your feedback

I rely on your consent as the lawful basis for processing your personal information. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting me at charlotte@houseofdouleur.com.

Storage and Protection of Personal Information

Your personal information is stored securely in password-protected accounts on Wix.com and within my email account. Wix.com is a third-party service that I use to host my website and store your personal information. According to Wix.com privacy policy, they store your personal information on secure servers behind a firewall. They also use encryption, access controls, and other security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or use. I will never share your personal information with any third parties without your prior consent. I will only contact you via phone with your explicit consent. If we agree on contact via phone, your phone number will be saved on my phone, which is password protected and accessible only by me. If we do not agree on contact via phone, your phone number will not be saved. I have a procedure in place to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach when legally required to do so. I also have a mailing list that consists of email addresses of individuals who have signed up to receive newsletters and promotional offers. These email addresses are exported from wix and stored securely on a password-protected document on my personal computer, which is also password-protected. These passwords are only known by myself. The purpose of this is solely as a backup in case my account is unexpectedly terminated.

Retention of Personal Information

I will only retain your personal information for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or reporting requirements. 

Successful applications will be retained for a maximum of 1 year from our last session or until your consent is withdrawn. Unsuccessful applications will be retained for a maximum of 2 months.

Personal information stored on Wix.com will be deleted after 1 month.

In some circumstances you can ask me to delete your data. Please contact me in these circumstances.

Under certain circumstances, you have rights under data protection laws in relation to your

personal data. If you wish to exercise any of your legal rights, please contact me.

Limitations

I may be required to disclose your personal information if required by law or if I believe that you or someone else may be at risk of harm. In such cases, I will attempt to obtain your consent before disclosing any information.
